It is  now hitting three weeks since the cast was put onto my leg and therefore I am able to place a little more weight on it as I stagger about with my pulpit  frame. I will be very interested to see what happens when the cast is removed on 14 June and whether I will be able to walk without support or whether I will still need the frame.

The other devices which have proved absolutely invaluable are the UpEasy cushions. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who has difficulty getting out of a low, or deep, chair – they are worth every penny.
